Main disc location

Customer has a detached garage with living space above. The meter is on this structure. He wants to run service from the garage to house he is building 75 feet away. the main disconnect will also on the garage. Is there an issue with this set up?

Numbers aside, no issue. Remember that the house panel should be wired as a sub-panel, and the house will need its own main disconnect.
