Main disconnect

House built in 1974. Upgraded overhead service to 150A to meter. Meter to interior distribution within 5 feet of door. 2nd distribution other side of basement. No main breaker either panel. Main required?
 
Is there any disconnect at all?
You might not necessarily need a main breaker in the panels, but you need a service disconnect of some sort. It can be separate from the panels.
