Main Dissconnect

My question has to do with Main dissconnects on a nema 4x enclosure. Is there a code for the mounting height of a dissconnect handle that is mounted outside the box

Any help would be much appreciated

404.8 applies to disconnects and puts the maximum height at 6'7" to the center of the operating handle. The only minimum that I can think of is in 550.11(A) for mobile homes. The minimum in that section is 2'.
