Hey brother electricians, need help finding a prohibition, in NEC for locating a main panel in a walk in cooler of a commercial business, if there is one. This installation is roughly 12 years old.

I don't think one exist, that is of course you maintain working clearances. Condensation could accumulate in conduits(that could be remedied with silicone) but I don't think any one specific article prohibits this.

Kinda weird but as long as you use a Nema 3R panel, I can't find an objection.
