Take a look at Article 250.122 and the table.

Main Bonding Jumper is sized per 250.28(D)(1) through (3). Essentially Table 250.66 pre-2014, Table 250.102(C) 2014...and based on largest service entrance conductor size, not the OCPD rating. Likely using parallel sets for 800A, so use the sum of circular mils.

Not that it matter size wise but for clarity there are several different types of bonding jumpers, a main bonding jumper and a system bonding jumper would be two different types.
