What is the typical mainline voltage from pole at the road into another pole with a transformer attached? Also at what depth is this mainline within conduit to be buried? Thank you

Some three phase primary voltage possibilities: 2400, 4160, 13200, 13800, 24900, 34500.

When I worked for the power company, our standard for high voltage was 36" minimum cover as measured to the top of the pipe. Other power companies will have their own standards (and primary voltages).

Most common for medium voltage distribution is 12,470/7200. If it's single phase, it's probably 7200 to neutral. Kinda the west coast standard as far as I know.
