So I have a customer in a decent sized facility, he approached me and asked me to come up with an idea for some sort of maintenance contract.
The problem I have is I never made one up have no idea where to even begin on what to put in it what's included what's not. What would be considered maintenance, what would be considered work that needs to be charged extra for
Do any of you owners here have some input on this or where to start questions to ask etc?
