Can a contractor use customer provided labor as long as they have app licenses
and we supply journeyman electricians. My boss just bid a maint contract
to suppy two journeyman and truck but customer will supply there own helpers.

Sure. Why not?

You might have an issue like a 1 journeyman per apprentice ratio depending on state.

My boss built this large ........sqft building from the ground for this oilfield equipment
manufacture well it has come to an end all that is left are odds and ends. We all knew
it would come to an end. a new owner wants to bring his own maint people but for
now we are first choice because we built the entire bldg. I dont believe its financial
its political.
