Maintenance Software

We are looking to finally upgrade our maintenace tracking to a good software program. I have found Generator Mintence Manager and it seems to be very good, but I do not see where it keeps records beyond the most recent visit and we would like to keep records further than that without having to do it on multiple applications. Does anyone have a system in place or know of one that works well?

I have always liked Power DB, keeps all your test records and a lot of test equipment exports test data directly to the software.
