Changing out T5 high bays to brighter UFO’s. The fixture was held up with rope, and four small Ty wraps. Directly above a workstation!

Yeah, the white ones rot pretty quickly too, once I got up there, and seen that, I was hoping they wouldn’t break while I was moving it over to get to the j-box. I was on a one man lift, so I wouldn’t have been able to catch it on the platform.

Isn’t the green conductor suppose to be cut shorter than the rest so it takes all the weight when it falls?😜

LOL! This was even worse, they cut the cord on the 400 watt HID that was there, then did a flying splice to the factory cord on the fluorescent, it would have dropped 10’ before it broke loose! LOL!
