I'm wanting to take a management course to further my education and possibly move up in rank in my company. Maybe P.M. or even Estimator. Is a management administrator course what I want to take? or is there a course out there that anyone suggest?

I'd have to say ask your boss what course of action to take to meet your goals. It will let him know what your goals are.
