Manhole 4' X 4'

Precast manhole weighs 6500 lbs for the base part. Trying to place it in heavy wood area. No crane clearence. What about framing and pouring the manhole in place. Any ideas to maybe slove problem?

Make it with CMU's.

It wasn't that many years ago that that was the only way to get a manhole.
