I have a 200 foot run of innerduct for multiconductor generator annunciator, What color innerduct and what type of wire should it be?

Additionally in the same manhole but different duct bank 200 foot run of branch circuit wiring 120 volt 20 amp 2 circuits, what type of wire should that be? Can it be multiconductor with a common neutral? Xhhw or Thwn
