Anyone have any information or a rule of thumb for sizing manholes for 750 kcmil 35kv cables. NESC touches on it but really nothing specfic. We have conduit entries on 3 sides on some of them.

I don't think there are any rules of thumb except "the bigger the better." You have to provide enough space to support splices along the walls. You need adequate space for cable bends of adequate radius while getting the cables straight at the conduit entries and at the splices. You also need enough working space to make up the last splice after all the other cables are in place and space for cable sheaves.
