Usually not for an estimate. I look at average #of men for the entire job and look at what the man loading peaks out at. This is based on the GC's estimated job duration that he provides prior to estimating. However, different GC's bidding the same job my have different schedules. Some GC's my want to do 6-7 day shifts, so I always talk to each GC prior to bidding.
