I have a 8500w running/ 11200 peak watt portable generator. It has a 50amp and 30amp outlet for a transfer switch. I want to install a manual transfer switch. I have my main breaker in the garage ( house lights, fridge, freezer). It's also feeds the basement sub-panel ( electric boiler, septic, well pump). I wanted to know if I can install 2 manual transfer switch. 1 for the main panel and 1 for the sub panel without overloading the generator? If yes can you provide a wiring diagram?
