Manufacture mislabeling

Hooked up a triple shelf oven today, met with the installer, he said pay no attention to the nameplate rating, the factory put the wrong sticker on it.....he said each shelf was 11.5 kw instead of the 13.5 kw on the label. Was looking for a “Made in China” sticker, but it was made in France! Then he said all it needed was #8 ran to it.......LOL!

They are supposedly sending the correct sticker to put on it. LOL! They have two models, one with lower wattage elements for pastries, which is what this one is for, and the higher wattage one for pizza ovens.

Correct, sorry, they were talking about another unit that was 13.5, this one is supposed to be 11.5, not 12.5.
