Does anyone have any leads on what might have happened to the high-end lighting fixture manufacturer in the early 1900's named Biddle-Gaumer from Philadelphia, PA? Most of their old fixtures I've run into in the field have been Gothic Revival style, and normally weigh a ton.

The company still existed in 1922: Design patent D61761, filed Feb 27 1922 and issued Jan 9 1923 was assigned to Biddle-Gaumer.

The company still existed on April 25, 1931: A 1931 Biddle-Gaumer catalog has a price list dated 4/25/1931.

A look at Philadelphia City Directories beyond 1931 would reveal when Biddle-Gaumer ceased to exist (or moved to another location).

By the way, Biddle-Gaumer also made canning equipment.
