555-13 allows type G or W cables for dock installions. The docks in question have 3" pvc and Quazite boxes pre-molded in the dock. If the derating factors of 400-5 are used, is it permissible to use single conductor type W cable pulled thru this manufactured system?

I think you can make an argument both ways on this.

But, if the conduit system is in place, why would you want to spend the extra money on type G or W? And wouldn't a multi-conductor cable be less expensive than multiple single conductor cables?
