I'm doing a renovation project in a very small office building with a kitchen. I plan on installing ARC Fault breakers for some 120v receptacle lines and some of my lighting lines.. Do I need to install any ARC Fault in the new kitchen I'm doiing ?

If it is not a dwelling unit or a dormitory unit there is no AFCI requirements.

What Kwired said, but you do need GFCI's within six feet of a sink and there are no exceptions on the commercial side.
