Ways to market innovative and time saving ideas for Electrical contracting and business... How would someone go about selling or manufacturing these ideas?

I am researching but feedback is always appreciated.

Well I guess I will take a crack and answering this thread.

Have you read any of Napoleon Hills books? He talks about a method called "Master Mind". In a nutshell a group of people get together to discuss business or ideas. Kind of like this forum but the author believes that the brain sends out a vibration signal to the other brains and in return you get ideas from others sent to your brain. I have always thought anyone in a business should have a network group that gets together atleast once a month to network. However I would also set up a national group and everyone can meet to bounce Ideas off of each other.

it's something that was developed out of a conscious conversation method
of problem solving. three to five people will discuss achieving a goal... one
person at a time speaking, and nobody interrupting them, everyone taking
turns as something comes to them. it's not like committee work, it's more
like collective meditation. the people not speaking will devote full attention
to the one speaking, with the idea of bringing forth the best idea possible,
regardless of the person speaking it. requires setting aside the ego some
what. not easy, but worthwhile.
