What is Marking? Labeling in Hazardous area certification?
Can the Nameplate of an equipment be called label?
 
  • Labeled is a defined term in Article 100.
  • A "mark" implies a means of permanent identification usually applied by a manufacturer. See identified in Article 100
  • A nameplate may or may not contain a label
