Marksman Innovatie Tool ??

I am looking for the Marksman jig or template that you use to mark the holes in a panelboard. The website used to be Innovative Tool. Does this company still exist? Is there another tool like this on the market ? What website has the tools like this and the " No-Dog" on it ?
