Master electrician exam book

I live in Illinois and there is no master electricity exam in Illinois that I know of but I do want to get a study guide on the master electricians exam does anybody know what textbook for the master electrician exam is the best one to study from thank you for any and all information

You have confused me. You want a study guide to help you prepare for an exam that does not exist in Illinois? Are the the phrases "master electricity exam" and "master electrician exam" intended to mean different things?

For best results you need to pick the state you want to get licensed in. All states have different requirements and you need to inquire with that state to find out what they are. Some states do have reciprocity with other states but there is not a national "Master Electricians license"

Since Illinois does not have any type of state electrical license, there is no reciprocity with other states.
There are many cities and counties in Illinois that require a electrical license, and you would have to check if that city or county would accept a license from another state.
Within the state, there is state law that requires cities to accept electrical licenses from other cities in Illinois, however like a lot of our state laws, that does not apply to the City of Chicago.
