Masters license?

In n.j. is there such a license called " MASTER LICENSE" ? I only know of what is a electrical contractors license. Some people are expecting to see a certificate stating master license. Has there been a change or addition to the license ?

There is no Master Electrician License in New Jessey which is strange because there is a master plumbers license. Best you can get is a Licensed Electrical Contractor license and a business permit.
