Masts

I have an issue were my AHJ requires my mast clamps/hangers to be UL listed, I have checked all local suppliers and none have this, and to boot the mfg company on the clamps say a UL listing cannot be obtained due to the nature of the use and no means of testing.. Does the below article include these clamps?

344.6 Listing Requirements. (UL6)
RMC, factory elbows and couplings, and associated fittings shall be listed.

I have learned from teaching code (and my own reading experiences ) that people tend to miss, add or just plain confuse themselves sometimes when referencing the NEC. 230.28 does not require listed products, but identified products.
I personally have never seen a conduit fitting listed for mast installation.

Your saying your using some sort of clamp/hanger meaning a strap to anchor the riser mast.
These straps are manufactured for the conduit or manufactured mast, and are bolted or fastened to the wall with the proper type, and size screws.( our local utility has minimum requirements)

All this and HE won't except it? I don't know what to say.
