If you guys have a 2-3 story job with no elevator. How do you handle getting you material and equipment to the floors?
Use GC equipment or rent your own.
Obviously if you have heavy stuff I'd imaging getting a rigger would make more sense. Correct?

Kinda depends on what and how much..... a single panel and a few rolls of MC verses 20 panels and 30 bundles of EMT.
What would you for.
1. Small panelboards, small pipe, wire and mc cable?
2. Large RMC pipe and large wire and distribution panelboards?

1- helpers/apprentices assuming the quantities are small (if it's going to take a pair of them the whole day to move stuff, doesn't matter how small the pieces are, they have better things to be doing)
2- the GC's material handling equipment; renting/operating something for what might be less than half a day seems wasteful unless there's no other option. (I've never met a GC foreman that wouldn't help us a bit with moving things, but then I'm sure there are some that just won't.)

As with everything else, local conditions and customs will tilt the scale. And you may not find out until the job is in progress.
