No van for me. I have a 5500 with a service body.

Couple weeks in the boxes, and all my receptacles and switches and plates that don’t have the plastic, all look like old used crap

Ive had them in the flip top box, now I keep them in those little plastic bins, and they still end up covered with dirt and all scratched up.

All the higher end stuff that comes in the little individual cardboard boxes fair a little better, but the bulk Leviton receps and switches not so much.

Anyone have a good method for storing these?

Also, use some cheap plastic sandwich bags to keep dirt & moisture off. Keeps that "new" feel.

Plastic tubs with covers and many many zip lock baggies, I even make sure the faces of devices don't vibrate surface to surface

I must have 30 or more wire nut containers that work well with a variety of fittings

I’m with you, I live in the mountains, and the rattling of material in vans gets on my nerves. I use something similar to Tupperware containers. Finally found some that works out with the bin space that fits snug, and leaves no wasted space.

Never thought of ZipLocks. Gonna try that one thanks.

Tried painters tape. Ended up making a sticky mess on the receptacle faces in the summer.
