Are there any rules for max. conduit size can be installed in concrete slab? Depending on slab thickness??? We used to limit conduit size at 2".

That is not an electrical code issue. It is a building code or spec issue. Around here, they most often limit the OD of the conduit to less than 1/4 of the slab thickness.
