Max height for fused disconnect switch in MCC in industrial facility

In an industrial facility, what is the max height for a fused disconnect switch in an MCC. I want to set the mcc on a "housekeeping curb" and want to know if this will put the disconnect handle too high to meet NEC.

AB makes a handle extension for its MCCs in case the center of the operating handle is too high. I an 6-3 and can reach it, my wife at 5-3 would not able to reach the maximum height of ....
