Are motor starters (non-combination) subject to the maximum mounting height of 6'7" as disconnects and panelboard switches are? They would have a reset button, but would not be considered a disconnecting means. Also, if mounting the starter above an associated MCC, I assume the 6" extension limit requirements are in play as they both require working space per 110.26(A).
