Max supply side tap

On a 200 amp panel how much can I backfeed on a supply side tap,I know the load side connection is 120 percent of bussing , is it up to paco wire size?how do you calculate a supply side tap,this question is just a general question,I just threw out the 200 amp just to have a example thanks

You can line-side connect up to the service rating... 200A for your example.
