Maximum distance you are allowed to run a feeder cable

Is there a maximum distance that you can run a feeder cable .. the run will consist of a 4/0 SER cable running from a 200 amp meter base to a 200 amp sub panel inside.. from termination point at meter base to termination point at main lug panel is approximately 205 ft.. the wire size is for all and it is xhhw style rated at 600 volts maximum but the actual voltage I'm using is 240v
