I am considering buying one of the Maxis 3K pullers to pull in our branch circuit wiring on some bigger projects. 12, 10 & 8 conductor.

Some of the conduits are 3/4". Is there a way to adapt the 1" adaptor to pull into those conduits.

I don't know what your box or pipe looks like where it's attached but when I use the large maxxis puller the last bit when the head comes out usually wont fit through the the sleeve that goes in 2" pipe. I just put the 2-1/2 sleeve on and it sit on the locknut for the last 3 to 5 ft.

On wire as small as you are pulling you could either glue on a plumbing bushing from 3/4 to whatever you want. or just set your 1" on the locknut.

We pull our small wire by hand, it's usually not worth setting up that slow machine.

I agree,

Ours does not come out for anything less than a small feeder. Just isn't worth the hassle of setting it up. Pulling by hand 99% of the time comes out faster, especially with that new sim-pull #12 Southwire has out. (not trying to plug it, but it really does help)
