Generally you can see uses permitted and not permitted for various cables and raceways under sections 3XX.10 and 3XX.12 for the applicable wiring method.

320.10 does not specifically say uses permitted suspended ceiling neither does it say uses not permitted 320.12 unless anyone else can see it or different terminology is used?????
Does the "not permitted" list for MC or AC mention suspended ceilings?
As long as it is not prohibited (not permitted), its allowed.
