What do you guys think of this stuff in reguards to going through concentric or ecentric KO's in the load center ?

When used in concrentric ? Are you asking if it is allowed to be grounded as it's design intended ?
One less wire to terminate, sounds good to me. Though I'm not real fond of the aluminum. The #10 Al grounding conductor seems to break less...

I'm wondering if one should use it with gnd. bushings

I have no fact's but I don't think so. They would not sell very much of it if that was the case.

You might have to use bonding bushings with MC-AP cables running above 250 volts to ground and entering concentric KOs.

I'm with Bob, the voltage of the system may trigger the requirements of 250.97. For under 250 volts I wouldn't worry about it.
