MC Bonding

Hello All,
My contractor installed CGB’s on both ends of a 5kv 3c/1/0 MC cable
is this legal? If not where can I find the answer in the code book?

250.4(A)(3) requires the sheath be bonded, and 330.6 requires the use of fitting listed and identified for use with MC cable.
