MC cable Bends

can the total bends of an MC cable ( BX) run be more then 360 deg?

No limit on any cable how many degrees it can be bent. You do not pull conductors through a cable like you do raceways.

Each cable type does have a minimum bending radius to prevent damage to conductors or cable sheath however.
