No, bushings are required on raceways containing #4 and larger conductors not MC connectors.

MC connectors that are designed for the puropse are usually complete with no need to add anything. Where the individual conductors emerging from the bushing it is already lined with a plastic sleeve or has a rounded(machined) surface that will not injure the insulation.
