MC cable in a physical therapy center

Can standard mc cable be used in a physical therapy center.Building has general office space,exercise rooms,and treatment room.There is no MD on staff.Only office personnel and certified physical therapist.Is this considered patient care facility.

Patient care areas would require redundant grounding which would exclude MC cable. See 517.13(A)

Under the definition of patient care areas, General Care Areas include treatment rooms. See 517.2 Definitions.

I don't think that the code states that a care area is only when a M.D. is on staff.
