MC to feed outdoor wall pack flood light ok?

Is it ok to come in the back of a wall pack flood light with mc from inside the building thru the brick exterior wall ?

It's done with NM in residences all the time, I dont see a reason why MC in commercial would be any different, unless other wiring/conduit methods are specified by contract.
 
Yes, but watch the temperature rating of the fixture. This shouldn't be much of a problem now with the demise of HID lighting, but it's still something to be aware of should you be using an HID fixture. Some require 150C wire or greater.
