Can MC wiring method induce some amount of current that represent a risk of electrical shock if the metal sheath touch some elements like sprinkler pipes, copper water lines, ceiling grids even if the wiring method is properly bonded to the EGC pathway?

I agree with Infinity. If it it could any and all metallic wiring methods would have the same problem.
I do remember a grid ceiling shocking people once but that was do to a neutral problem.

Thanks for your replies I very appreciate it
You're welcome. It's common in commercial buildings for all different metallic system to somehow be in contact with metallic electrical cables and raceways. In steel framed structures cables, raceways, duct work, plumbing, metal studs, sprinklers, etc., are all attached in some way to the building steel making them all interconnected.

Buildings I worked on many years ago had ungrounded troffers in each suite, touch the grid & one of the gas lines in the ceiling for the heaters & you would get a tingle, electricians ran the NM cable to 1 & 2 gang plastic nail-on boxes, then used a holesaw to bring in the 1/2" Greenfield whips to the fixures, without bothering to use a grounding conductor, they should have used 4X4 boxes, were built in 1979 & would not be surprised if still that way with the exception of the ones I changed.
