MC under a slab in pvc

Here is the situation.To get to an island wall that has several outlets could we just run mc thru a pvc chase or is it required to do a changeover at both ends.And if we do use change overs this places wire with no info on it in a pvc raceway. :confused:

Thanks i thought it legal.I questioned one of our guys as to why he used the change over.Seemed like a lot of extra work to strip 20 feet off then slide it back on after the fittings.Question the inspector about it today and he said it was required.Actually i think we broke the code because we now have wires from a cable that are not marked inside the pvc raceway.And this now makes a gap of about 4 feet that doesn't have the shield anymore.Maybe someone has another article to over ride this.
