McDonald's

Curious if anyone has bid a newer style Mcdonald's recently. I came up with about 700 labor hours, and trying to figure out if I am in the ball park.

We just "won" one. 700 might be high. What is in your scope for the site. how many sq/ft is the building?

The building is 5,349 sq. ft. The site has 10 pylon signs (2 are large) and 9 poles. We do have the remote building, but not much in it.

I am actually closer to 750 hours now, I wasn't quite done with the site. We do our own parking lot pole bases also.

We have to cable and terminate the phone, which is probably normal.
