MDP exterior panel Next to Gas meter bank

What is my limitations on install next to gas meters. Attached is photo. I believe I cant put it here. Due to I think its 30 inches? Who will fail this?DSCF0991.jpg

If you view pic. Far right LB will be removed. and LB left will be removed. Both redirected above that new concrete in pic. Into 400 amp MDP.

I will redirect by removing LB and Jack out concrete. And put both 200 amp feeds into MDP panel directly to right on Gas meters. I dont think Im aloud to though.

THis is per direction of specs by others.

In this area we only need to stay 30 inches from the gas regulator and 12 inches from gas line. This is in our POCO regulations, From what I can see from the picture the regulator is only on the main line on the left and the installation of a meter on the right side of the gas meter bank would be allowed if the meter is 12 inches right of the gas line entering the building.

They have gave me ok to change 3R exterior and install inside. I need not worry about the LB's on exterior. My Concern was the MDP on the Exterior. This is now rectified.
