Mean of disconnect of transformer primary disconnect distance?

I can't find any length requirement

Is the disconnect for the transformer is within LOS (<15ft?), the disconnect does not required a lockable disconnect. However if the disconnect is non-LOS, it should be marked and lockable. Is there a requirement how far the disconnect can be for the primary side?
 
There is no rule in the NEC that specifies a distance from the transformer for the primary disconnect.
