hi everyone i'm in nyc area and i'm curious to know if any body can help me out over here, i know when you wire a medical facility you need to use hospital gauge wire, but how about adding a few outlets to the office and some in the exam. rooms its not being filed do i still need to use hospital gauge or can i use regular ac or should i use mc???

My first question is "Why aren't you filing it?"
I guess it's a rhetorical question Maybe?
I see you're a mechanic so I guess you can't right?
There's a reason for spending time learning and then sitting for that test.
I hope that this job is not in one of my areas because surprisingly enough some inspectors aren't as dumb as some people seem to think we are--we're also not as mean either unless someone tries to slide by without filing.., .
It's just one of those things that can make a guy feel sorta ornery,know what I'm sayin'?

Making mistakes in office or house wiring may become an inconvenience or cause issues.
Making a mistake in hospital exam rooms could potentially kill the patient.

You mention wiring methods, neither of which are permitted for exam areas/rooms.

I am curious how this hospital is permitting you to actually make these installations????
