As far as the NEC is concerned it doesn't.

13.200V is medium voltage and there is no code requirement for MV to be in rigid metal conduit (if that is what you mean). We often install it indoors overhead in EMT or flexible metal conduit

I was at a job and the Forman there said it had to be in rigid and I said why and where’s the code but he didn’t kno so I looked and didn’t see it so I asked to make sure. Thanks for your help
