Medium Voltage cables routing requirements, if just passing through the walls, does it require the disconnects as per 225.31?

If it is entering a second building, that rule does apply, however with medium voltage systems, Exception #1 would likely apply.

So if runs from building to building than require disconnect where cables enters building. If it runs inside building through the walls than not required? What code section would apply? Thanks

I don't recall any provision for a disconnect at an interior wall. Only between buildings.
