Medium Voltage Ductbank Burial Depth and SLope

Is there an industry standard for the minimum depth and slope of medium voltage cable ductbanks? I am aware of the NEC article 310 requirements but wanted to see if there are other standards that I can reference.

Typical is 24" minimum to top cover with concrete encasement, one sack of slurry with red dye or red magnetic stripping (detectable underground tape).

Due to elbows and the challenge of pulling large cables in, we often use large radius elbows and 36" deep.

Where the underground ducts run to manholes with sump pumps, I have seen specs that required 1/8" per foot of slope to the manholes so the water would drain to the manhole.
